What condiment is hot sauce’s wild and crunchy cousin? Chili crisp! Alternately called chili crunch, garlic crisp, or salsa macha in Mexico, this condiment is AMAZING and made by frying dry chili, garlic, and spices in oil.

We'll either bring the ingredients or ship individual kits of ingredients and supplies directly to your team, so your group can craft their very own custom spicy chili crisp! You’ll join founder Laena McCarthy for a 60-minute class either in-person or from the comfort of your own home. Give your group the ultimate spicy, crunch-tastic experience!

In-person includes: complimentary jars of chili crisp for all participants, plus veggies and bread to taste it with, chef fee, all cooking supplies + materials, a 60-minute cooking demo. Note: if on-site, your building must have a regular kitchen space (prep table, stove, oven, etc.). Guest count can be adjusted.
Virtual includes: 1-hour virtual class with founder Laena McCarthy, plus a kit of colorful, organic chili peppers, garlic, spices, salt, and oil for attendees to make into chili crisp, and a beautiful complimentary glass jar and decorative label.
