Storing Your Microgreens: Moist, Cool, Dark, and Gentle

Truth: vegetables and greens last way longer if you store them properly.

Microgreens are no exception, and they love 4 things: moisture, cool temps (36 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit), darkness, and tender loving care.

What do you want? Fresh and crunchy microgreens, and consistent moisture is key to this.

How do you get it? Gently rinse them, then store them in the fridge between two damp pieces of paper towel, and then seal them in a plastic bag or container (we love eco and reusable Stasher bags).

They should last for at least a week if stored this way.
