The Big New York Sandwich Book has the jamz

Sandwiches are the BEST! And I often bemoan the fact that we lack a Zingerman's (of Ann Arbor, MI) type joint in NYC (why people? why doesn't someone open a great, not weird, not fancy, just awesome sandwich shop??), but this book proves that I'm wrong, and there are awesome sandwiches out there and now you can make them yourself, or just drool on your couch at the recipes. I have a recipe in the new cookbook The Big New York Sandwich Book, and my recipe is "sandwiched" nicely between to the infamous Jimmy Carbone of Jimmy's #43 and the talented Angela Pinkerton from 11 Madison Park.
