Jam Classes in March

I'll be teaching two jam making classes at the wonderful Ted & Amy Supper Club in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. March 9  & March 17  |  7:00-8:30pm  |  $40/class

I'll show you how to take advantage of your victory garden (or local CSA or farmer’s market) and make delicious homemade jam in this hands on class. This class will teach you the time-honored tools and tricks to preserve summer in a jar. Each participant gets a jar of homemade jam that they’ve helped make! Wine and sparkling water will be served to help loosen up your jam skills.

For beginner's, but folks with jam skills are welcome to join and learn some new tricks.

The classes will be held at the wonderful home of Kara Masi, hostess extraordinaire. Kara has an amazing apartment in Fort Greene that is comfortable and great for cooking, eating and sharing. The relaxed home environment is a great place to learn how to preserve!
