Jam class this month!

I'm teaching two jam classes at the fabulous Ted & Amy Supper Club in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. Classes will be held on March 23 & 25, 6:30-8pm.

There will be jam. There will be fun. There will be wine.

What will happen there? I'll show you how to take advantage of your upcoming victory garden (or local CSA or farmer’s market) and make delicious homemade jam in this hands on class. This class will teach you the time-honored tools and tricks to preserve summer in a jar. Each participant gets a jar of homemade jam that they’ve helped make! Wine and sparkling water will be served to help loosen up your jam skills.
